Bravo talk show host Andy Cohen recently apologized to nurses nationwide for his comment on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. One of Cohen’s guests on the show was Ciara Miller, a nurse and actress on Bravo's Summer House. Cohen was surprised that a nurse could be as attractive as Miller.
"Hi, Ciara, you’re looking so beautiful. Wow!" Cohen said. "You're actually a nurse?" When Miller answered in the affirmative, Cohen responded, "And this is what you look like? Wow!"
Nurses took to Twitter to express outrage with comments and photos supporting the beauty of nurses. The incident prompts the question of nurses: What misconceptions about your appearance do you confront in the workplace?
